How much does shipping cost?

The prices for shipping are determined by weight and will be automatically calculated for you at checkout, as they do vary depending on your region.

How do I check my order status?

An email notification will be sent to you when your order is shipped. If you choose to open an account with us you can also keep a close eye on your order status through your account dashboard.

What if I entered my shipping address incorrectly?

No worries, just send in your order number and correct shipping address to us here right away, and we'll update your order information.

Heads up - it’s really important to get in touch with us ASAP if you need to change your shipping address. If your order has already been shipped, we’ll do everything we can to reroute it, but we are limited during transit.

Are customs/import taxes/VAT/GST included in the price?

Our pricing is structured to be as straightforward as possible, which means the price you pay at checkout is the final price - no extra fees or charges are added. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and wait for your Mála order to arrive at your doorstep!

For orders shipping OUTSIDE of the European Union Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

Returns Policy

If you have any problems with your order within 30 days of receiving it, contact us and we'll organise the return and refund your money immediately. That's our Mála Packaging happiness guarantee.

If the problem is that you've changed your mind, no worries! We'll take it back, but it'll be subject to a restocking fee.


Accidentally order the wrong size or product? We’ll happily exchange any incorrectly ordered sizes within 30 days. Items need to be returned in an unused and saleable condition, meaning you need to return your products before they go in the compost. All postage costs, redelivery costs and price discrepancies will need to be paid by the customer.


Any returns or exchanges that fall outside of 30 days will be processed on a case-by-case basis and we can only offer a credit or exchange in these situations. As before, products need to be returned in an unused and saleable condition.

For prepaid returns, you can use the DPD portal for domestic shipments and for any non-Irish addresses please email us to arrange a DHL shipping label and organise the pickup.

Once returns are received in our warehouse, we will assess the products and notify you of the outcome relating to your refund request.
